How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time for products available on stock is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of order with the shipping option "delivery / shipping" for standard shipping within Germany.We will process the ordered products as soon as possible and hand them over to our logistics partners ready for dispatch.
The delivery time for shipments outside of Germany are based on the respective transit times for the transport route to the individual countries.

Is it possible to cancel or change an order?
You can only cancel or change your order if the order has not yet been processed in the system. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, if you have any change requests. We will immediately check whether a change or cancellation of your order is still possible.
Is it possible to pickup an order at Hermle headquarter in Gosheim – Germany?
Yes. When ordering the items in the shop, there is an option to choose "Pickup in place" in addition to “delivery / shipping”. Please note that only one of these two options can be selected within an order. The available stock is visible in the shop when you select a product. The ordered goods are made available to pickup at the headquarter in Gosheim within one day on working days.
To authorize the pickup, please bring the order confirmation with you, that you have received by email after placing your order. The order confirmation document is the legitimation for hand out the products that You have ordered. A delivery note for your order will be sent to you by email seperately. How is the availability of products regulated?
Normally all products are available on stock. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it cannot be ordered. The next possible approximate date for a renewed availability is then displayed when you select a product.
